This website is operated by Vishram Cashew Industries.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Kokan Cashew/Vishram Cashew.

We take care to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items ordered or refuse service to anyone.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
We accept secure online payments via Razorpay, UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. If payment fails or is incomplete, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or natural calamities.

5. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product
The product is tampered with or not as described

You must notify us via email at support@kokancashew.vishramdryfruits.com within 7 days of delivery.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
For urgent cancellations, please email us at support@kokancashew.vishramdryfruits.com with your order ID.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of this website without express written permission from us.
