We offer a 7-day return or replacement policy for the following situations:
You are covered if:
You received the wrong product or grade
The product was damaged in transit
The package was tampered with
The cashews are spoiled or expired on arrival
🔄 How to Request a Return or Replacement
If you face any of the above issues, please follow these steps:
Email us at support@kokancashew.vishramdryfruits.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your Order ID, and attach:
Clear photos of the outer packaging
Photos of the product showing the issue
Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours to guide you through the process.
📦 Important Conditions for Returns
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns for taste preferences or if more than 20% of the product is consumed.
Returns are approved only if the issue is genuine and verified by our team.
Once approved, we may initiate pickup or ask you to return it via post (with reimbursement).
💸 Refund or Replacement Process
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection and approval.
You can choose between:
Full refund to original payment method
Replacement with the correct or fresh product
🚫 Return Not Applicable For:
Change of mind after order is placed
Partial consumption of product without valid issue
Products returned without original packaging or invoice
Any requests made after 7 days of delivery
